Deeds Design creates spaces that are innovative, inspiring, and warm, without sacrificing practicality and durability.  Our designs are considered, simple in appearance, and carefully and deliberately crafted.  With almost 20 years of building experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, Deeds Design has built up an extensive network of engineers, builders, craftspeople, and other consultants.  Collaboration and creative problem solving take center stage as we guide our clients through a structured and thorough design process, balancing the clients' needs, desires and budget.  We enjoy helping our clients realize their dreams and leading them comfortably through the complicated process of construction. Sustainability issues are addressed in every design. We provide healthy, local, efficient, and natural solutions that consider the path of the sun, daylight, and the local climate. Attention to the needs of the elderly, the young, and the disabled in designs can often lead to playful and fun solutions.  We prefer clients with strong opinions and open minds.
